EkoKonsulting Gliwice, with its registered office at 10 Zwycięstwa St., 44-100 Gliwice, provides consulting services in the field of environmental protection, ESG audits, and the implementation of clean technologies. Our work is based on providing reliable information that helps local enterprises adapt to current legal requirements of the European Union. We carry out every order individually, taking into account the specifics of the given industry and the size of the client's company.

We commit to performing our activities with due diligence. However, we do not guarantee the achievement of specific financial or ecological results, as these depend on the implementation of our recommendations by your company. Our goal is to clearly explain regulations and indicate optimal paths of action in accordance with applicable law.

Cooperation with our company is based on clear principles. Initial audits are one-time services, paid in accordance with the current price list available on our website. Constant care for ESG processes is settled in monthly cycles based on issued VAT invoices. Payments for our services should be settled on time, within 14 days from the date of the invoice issuance, unless the contract states otherwise.

In case of resignation from our services, please contact us with at least one month's notice. We ensure that every service of ours is priced fairly, without any hidden costs. Our philosophy is simple communication and no unnecessary bureaucracy, which is why we discuss most matters in person at our office in Gliwice or via email.

The security of our clients' data is our priority. All information provided to us during the audit, including data on energy consumption, production processes, or investments, is treated as confidential. We do not share it with third parties or external companies without the client's explicit consent. Our work is aimed at supporting your business, not interfering with trade secrets.

We ensure that all materials we prepare for your company are the intellectual property of EkoKonsulting Gliwice until the invoice is fully paid. After that time, we transfer to you the full rights to use reports and corrective plans for your own use for official or business purposes. We operate based on trust, which we have been building with our clients in Silesia for many years.
